For 30 years, TJ has traveled internationally and domestically training leaders and consulting on ministry issues. He has consulted with numerous ministries, non profits and small businesses. He has led small, medium and large organizations.
He helps organizations find clarity of purpose and direction, develop meaningful strategy, build healthy teams, develop healthy cultures,and has extensive experience in leadership and governance issues. TJ also works with organizations who are going through transition or who are struggling with problems needing resolution. His passion is to help individuals and organizations go to the next level.

Kevan has worked for more than 20 years in organizational development and leadership serving both the business and non-profit sectors. As such, he has served in many varying roles which have allowed him to build a broad skill set including organizational leadership, business development, coaching, marketing, branding, and public speaking and more.
He has served in high level executive roles, is a published author, an accomplished speaker, and has served on the board of multiple non-profit organizations both as a director and as an officer.
